Elite Four Gym Leader Challenger
The Elite Four is consisted of people who are active everyday and proven themselves enough to be appointed to the spot. Elite Four are required to have at least 3 pokemon of their type in their teams and have to abide by standard smogon rules. Elite Four members are required to have more than one team of their type. Elite Four members are not allowed to put their own stipulations on battles
Gym Leaders are to be tested for their spot by a member of the elite four. Gym Leaders are required to have at least 4 pokemon of their type and otherwise abide by smogon rules as well. After passing their test, Gym Leaders are required to make a second gym team. Gym Leaders are not allowed to put their own stipulations on battles. if the challenger wins, the gym leader is required to PM Reshiramrocks the challengers name who won and the score.
Challengers NEED to abide by standard smogon rules. Which means that the challenger is not allowed to use any "ubers" under any circumstances. Challengers are forbidden from bringing more than two counters to the league members type on a team for any gym battle. When challenging the league, challengers can only use two teams for any one challenge. Meaning, if they lose, they can use their second team and challenge again, but if they change teams, the league member has to use their second team against it to avoid counter teaming. Also if they lose twice to the Elite Four, they reset the Elite Four. If the challenger wins a gym or an elite battle, then they have the badge unless cheating was involved. If you lose to the league member, you have to wait one day before rechallenging. There is no challenging gym leaders or elite fours for their spots. IF THE LEAGUE MEMBER SAYS NOT TO SHARE THE LINK TO THE BATTLE WITH ANYONE NOT PART OF THE LEAGUE, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SHARE IT! SHARING IT IF THE LEAGUE MEMBER DOESNT WANT YOU TO RESULTS IN AN AUTOMATIC LOSS AND A COMPLETE LEAGUE RESET!
