How the staff system works

Ranks:

Owner [6]

The Owner rank is the highest rank you can possibly have. Owners are in control of everything, and whatever they say goes. They have the ability to override any decision that has to do with the site. Currently there are two owners, Lance and PokeSensei.

Admin [5]

The Admin rank is the second highest rank you can possible have. Admins run individual sites, control the head mods, and make big decisions. As of right now, there are no admins. Both Nexus and PBF are run individually by the owners. They can override the decision of anyone below them.

Head Mod [4]

The Head Mod rank is the third highest rank you can possibly have. Head Mods are in charge of and choose who the Mods are. They can override the decision of any Mod. They themselves have the same responsibilities as a mod, however.

Mod [3]

The Mod rank is the third lowest rank you can possibly have. Mods are here to enforce the rules, follow the rules, and make sure the chat stays nice and clean.

Half Mod [2]

The Half Mod rank is the second lowest rank you can have. Half Mods enforce the rules, follow the rules, and they clear anyone breaking the rules. They do not have the power to ban, however.

Rank #1 is the lowest rank you can have, which is simply being a member. As a member you are expected to follow the rules and have fun. There is a rank 0, but that is if you abuse commands and are only allowed to use the PM command. Being banned is not a rank, it is simply being banned.

Branches:

Executive:

The Executive branch is the highest branch you can be in. The Executive branch consists of the Owner rank and the Admin rank. The Executive branch is in control of everything, makes the big decisions, and makes sure every other branch is in line. The Owner rank is allowed to override any choice this branch makes. This branch is in charge of deciding who the Head Mods are.

Modding:

The Modding branch is the second highest branch you can be in. The Modding branch consists of the Head Mod, Mod, and Half Mod ranks. It is in charge of deciding who the Mods and Half Mods are. The Head Mod rank can override any choice this branch makes.
